I was in shock when I saw this advertizement on LinkedIn today. The image was cut off. This was not an advertizement by some small company, but by Zoom who should know the basics of social media advertizing like image sizes.After all, this is hardly secret.
All sites which accept advertizing make it clear what size images should be:
Facebook
LinkedIn
Instagram
There are also plenty of guides out there. This is a great example of Content Marketing: A guide from Hootesuite for 2021 which gives sizes for many social networks.
So, please, when you are adding something to a third-party site, read their specifications and follow design advice.
