Director, Charlie Kalech

Get to know Charlie

The buck stops here. As Director, Charlie works to ensure customer satisfaction, oversee that work is allocated appropriately and is delivered on time, and to ensure that everyone at J-Town does their job (better).

Charlie is also responsible for creating a clear vision for the business deciding among alternatives for markets, products, technologies, goals and paths of implementation. As such, he creates the corporate image branding and positioning for J-Town.

Accounts Manager, Eli Pugliese

Meet Eli

After celebrating her #twedding in Jerusalem with her Israeli Twitter friends in February, 2011, Eli made aliyah with her family in August, 2011 and started to work for J-Town Productions as the Accounts Manager. (For those wondering, yes, she DID bring her “Terrible Towel” to continue to cheer for the Pittsburgh Steelers!)

Meet David

As Internet Marketing Manager, David is responsible for Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) also known as Pay-Per-Click Advertising (PPC), Social Media Marketing (SMM) and Social Media Optimization (SMO) as well as running in-house projects.

Web Site Developer, Sender Gluch

Meet Sender

Sender is responsible for basic site configuration and updates including php programming, javascripting, and text updates on an as needed basis.

Office Manager, Marion Jerichower

Marion is responsible to maintain a clean and pleasant environment for all employees and clients, ensuring each staff member has the office supplies and equipment they require and that shared equipment is functional and well-supplied. As a receptionist, she greets those clients who visit our offices and answers the phone, routing calls to the appropriate staff member.

Marion a native Londoner, has been living in Israel for over 20 years. Her administrative experience dates back to London when she had a senior position at the Embassy of Israel for over 8 years.

After coming to Israel on Aliya, Marion started working for the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and left there to take care of her children. Marion returned to the work force nine years later when she took a position as Office Manager for an American firm of accountants, where she worked for 8 years.

Marion joined J-Town Productions in July 2000 as the Office Manager.

Financial Assistant, Sara Leah Raanan

Sara Leah is the Financial Assistant at J-Town Productions. She is responsible for the company’s financial records.

Israeli born, completely bi-lingual. Studied ceramics and glass at Bezalel Acadamy and worked in the art industry for a few years prior to working at J-town.

Artistic and creative team player competent in collaborating and coordinating people and projects, solving complex industry designs; Leader and self-starter with strong organizational skills, problem solving capacity and focus on achieving goals.

Content Manager, Daniel Soloway

Daniel Soloway is an online community manager providing content, updates and support for several clients. While his background is in music, Daniel has been involved with computers all his life, including music recording and blogging.

Having grown up in Ann Arbor, Michigan, Daniel graduated in 2006 from University of the Arts (Philadelphia) with a B.F.A in Jazz Guitar, with Honors. He was a member of the band Jotto. After graduating college, Daniel participated in a community service project program in Nes Ziona and immigrated to Israel in April 2010.

Daniel has been working for J-Town since September 2010, is recently be married and has plans to attend rabbinical school in the future.

Content Manager, Joshua Schreier

Joshua Schreier joined J-Town this past January as a content manager. Joshua worked with accounts payable in a SAP environment previous to making aliyah in January 2010.

Born and raised in New York, Josh has a BA in Anthropology from SUNY Binghamton, and is currently enrolled in a part-time Hebrew ulpan with an eye towards continuing his studies in Israel.
